Call Accounting Systems

Call Accounting Systems track and record incoming and outgoing phone calls. Hotels, for example, use a call accounting system to bill calls to individual rooms. Large companies use call accounting systems to allocate costs to departments or individual employees.

Equipment for Services (EFS)

EFS is a profit-sharing mechanism that lets you use a portion of the money you spend on carrier services to subsidize new equipment purchases. If available in your area, it allows you to acquire the latest equipment and software with minimal or no capital outlay. Plus, you can work with your existing equipment vendor or we can recommend one for you.

The EFS program also isn’t limited to the financing of communications equipment like routers or phone systems. You can use it to help acquire other office equipment as well, including copiers, computers, and printers.

After your new equipment is installed, your new provider can partner with you to monitor and manage your network. Among the many services they offer, they can take care of:

  • Scheduled and unscheduled service management, network monitoring, and network management.
  • Moves, adds, and changes.
